🚀 Startup India क्या है?
Startup India भारत सरकार की एक प्रमुख पहल है, जिसका उद्देश्य देश में innovation, entrepreneurship और नए businesses के development को बढ़ावा देना है।
इसके अंतर्गत पात्र business entities DPIIT Startup Recognition के लिए आवेदन कर सकती हैं।
DPIIT recognition मिलने के बाद eligible startups को विभिन्न सरकारी benefits, intellectual property support, easier compliance, public procurement में कुछ सुविधाएं तथा अन्य support mechanisms तक पहुंच मिल सकती है।
🏛️ DPIIT Startup Recognition क्या है?
DPIIT का पूरा नाम Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade है।
DPIIT Startup Recognition वह official recognition है जिसके माध्यम से eligible entity को Startup India framework के अंतर्गत recognised startup के रूप में मान्यता दी जाती है।
केवल business शुरू कर देना अपने-आप DPIIT recognised startup नहीं बनाता। Recognition के लिए निर्धारित eligibility criteria पूरा करके आवेदन करना आवश्यक है।
✅ Startup India Registration 2026 – Eligibility
DPIIT की वर्तमान जानकारी के अनुसार सामान्यतः entity को निम्न प्रमुख criteria पूरा करना होता है:
- ✅ Entity भारत में Private Limited Company, registered Partnership Firm, LLP या eligible Cooperative Society के रूप में incorporated/registered हो।
- ✅ सामान्य Startup के लिए incorporation/registration से 10 वर्ष की अवधि के भीतर होना चाहिए।
- ✅ किसी वित्तीय वर्ष में turnover ₹200 करोड़ से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए।
- ✅ Entity innovation, development या improvement of products, processes अथवा services की दिशा में काम कर रही हो।
- ✅ अथवा उसका business model scalable हो तथा employment generation या wealth creation की high potential रखता हो।
- ❌ केवल किसी existing business को split या reconstruct करके बनाई गई entity को Startup recognition नहीं दिया जाता।
🔬 DeepTech Startup के लिए विशेष नियम
DeepTech startups के लिए वर्तमान framework में सामान्य startups की तुलना में अधिक समय और turnover सीमा का प्रावधान है।
🔬 DeepTech Recognition
- ✅ Incorporation / registration से अधिकतम 20 वर्ष तक।
- ✅ निर्धारित turnover सीमा ₹300 करोड़ तक।
- ✅ DeepTech category के लिए अतिरिक्त criteria और validation requirements लागू हो सकते हैं।

पात्र recognised startups संबंधित tax exemption के लिए निर्धारित प्रक्रिया के अंतर्गत आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
Eligible startups को कुछ regulatory/compliance areas में self-certification और अन्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हो सकती हैं।
Recognised startups को intellectual property protection और patent-related support में विभिन्न सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हो सकती हैं।

📝 Startup India Registration 2026 – Online Process
सबसे पहले official Startup India या National Single Window System portal पर जाएं।
आवश्यक account बनाकर official credentials के माध्यम से login करें।
NSWS dashboard में Add Approvals → Central Approvals के माध्यम से Registration as a Startup application को dashboard में add करें।
Nature of Entity, Industry, Sector, CIN/registration details, entity name, incorporation date और PAN जैसी जानकारी भरें।
Business model, innovation, product/service, scalability, employment generation या wealth creation से संबंधित जानकारी सही तरीके से भरें।
Portal पर मांगे गए incorporation/registration certificate तथा supporting documents upload करें।
Eligibility और declarations को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़कर applicable self-certification complete करें।
सभी details verify करने के बाद application submit करें और application/reference details सुरक्षित रखें।

🏆 DPIIT Recognition Certificate कैसे प्राप्त करें?

Official Startup India information के अनुसार successful submission के बाद recognition certificate सामान्यतः लगभग 2 working days में जारी किया जा सकता है। हालांकि वास्तविक समय application और verification पर निर्भर कर सकता है।
💰 Startup India Tax Benefits और 80-IAC
DPIIT recognised startups, यदि applicable eligibility conditions पूरी करते हैं, तो Section 80-IAC के अंतर्गत income-tax exemption के लिए अलग से आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
Recognition मिलना और tax exemption मिलना एक ही प्रक्रिया नहीं है। Tax benefit के लिए अलग eligibility और application requirements लागू हो सकती हैं।
